We have a Deep Emotions Jewellery (DEJ) Reseller group to inform you of all Products for sale and Specials advertised on this group to share and advertise as you please in order to make Sales. So how does this work, you ask?

Please request link from Chesney Gigg – Deep Emotions CEO and Founder. Your Supplier. Whatsapp & Data is essential for joining as a DEJ Reseller.

Personalize product poster ads shared on the Reseller group by including your name & cell number in the spaces provided on designs.

Once your Client has requested an order. Funds need to be reflected in your account for the Sale.

How to place your Order:

Share Clients order details via Whatsapp, with Chesney Gigg, with as much detail as possible to avoid disappointment. Necklaces / Bracelets /Anklets require measurements to be provided by the Client in cm or default common sizes will be made.

How do I, as the Reseller, gain a profit:

Reseller earnings are to be kept from the Sale amount received. R20 per product unless stated otherwise on the Reseller group.

For order to be started:

The Production amount has to be transferred to the DEJ business account to begin your order with Proof of Payment.

How long is the ordering process:

Orders take 2-4 Business days to complete, depending on quantity requirements and the complexities of the order. Engraving orders takes more time. Please account for this and notify your Clients. 5-8 Business day’s.

What are my business hours like:

Your earning potential is dependent on your effort. Time spent on Reselling remains your decision. Deep Emotions Jewellery aims to assist your growth goals!

Kindly note DEJ Business hours are as per below:
Monday – Thursday: 8-6pm
Friday: 8-4pm
Saturday: 10-2pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

How to contact your Supplier – Chesney Gigg:

Available via Whatsapp as per Business hours mentioned – with mostly speedy responses, as humanly possible. Week days available an hour past closing time.

Closed day’s can be contacted between 10-12pm, only if urgent.

Collections:
Completed orders can be collected from DEJ business address, by Reseller or Client.
Courier:
Notify DEJ – Available via Courier Guy & Pudo.
Reseller needs to ensure Client has accessibility to a Pudo locker.
Orders can be tracked via reference number shared. Fee is to be covered by the Client.
Resellers can ask for assistance from DEJ with first-time Courier order arrangements hereafter it is up to the Reseller to securely continue if requested further by their Clients.

Important Notice:

Pricing allocated on advertisements may not be changed in any sense.
As clearly stated, Resellers earnings are included into pricing. Courier fees are a Clients expense.

Decisions that don’t align with the above stated will revoke permission to continue with Deep Emotions as a Reseller.
